Village Fair Collection Day
If you are having a ‘sort-out’, loft emptying or house move please save any items that are suitable for our White Elephant, Jewellery, Books, Tombola and Toy Stalls at the Village Fair.
The gifts we receive on the Collection Day make a huge contribution to our stalls and the profits on the day.
Someone will be available to accept your gifts between 1pm and 5pm.
Unfortunately we cannot accept clothes or electrical items.
Fresh cakes and plants are very welcome on the day of the fair.
Join us for our monthly get together whilst enjoying a super breakfast.
The gates will open at 12.30pm with the official opening by Revd Lesley Eden at 1pm.
Come and watch the crowning of the King & Queen followed by the traditional May Pole dancing performed by the children of our church school.
During the afternoon teas, sandwiches and cakes will be served in the Mews and the school hall.
There will be a variety of stalls situated in and around the school playground and village green to include toys, jewellery, white elephant, tombola, books and homemade cakes.
There will be a selection of good quality plants for sale.
Raffle tickets for our raffle with some excellent prizes will be sold and the draw will take place during the afternoon.
There will be plenty to entertain both children and adults.
Come and enjoy a fun filled afternoon at a traditional village fair.
